This Privacy Policy explains how BLADE SOFTWARE LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play K-POP Star Maker ("the Game"), a mobile idol-management simulation game.

By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Game.

1. Information We Collect

K-POP Star Maker is designed to protect your privacy. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the Game:

• Game progress & save data — your idol groups, songs, and in-game progress, stored on your device and (optionally) synced to your platform account.
• Device & usage information — anonymous device type, OS version, and gameplay analytics used to improve balance and performance.
• Crash diagnostics — anonymous crash reports used solely to fix bugs and improve stability (no personally identifiable information).
• Purchase records — if you make in-app purchases, transaction records are handled by the App Store; we do not store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information described above solely for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Game
• To save and restore your game progress
• To diagnose crashes and optimize performance
• To process in-app purchases through the App Store

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All network communications use HTTPS / TLS encryption
• Save data is associated with your platform account, not with personal identifiers we control
• We retain analytics data only as long as necessary to operate and improve the Game

4. Third-Party Services

The Game may integrate with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / Game Center — for downloads, in-app purchases, and optional cloud save. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Analytics & crash reporting providers — used to collect anonymous performance data. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. You can delete your local game data at any time by removing the Game from your device.
