This Privacy Policy explains how BLADE SOFTWARE LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Sorcerer's Note ("the App"), an iPad handwriting and note-recording application.

Sorcerer's Note is designed to work locally on your device. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the App:
We do not store, retain, or share your Google account credentials or YouTube data.
When you choose to upload a session video to YouTube, the App uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 authentication flow. Your Google account login is handled entirely by Google's secure authentication system — we never see, store, or transmit your Google username, password, or tokens outside of the authenticated upload session.
YouTube upload data (video files and metadata you explicitly submit) is sent directly to YouTube's API on your behalf. Once the upload is complete, no YouTube data is retained by the App or our servers. We access only the minimum YouTube API scopes required to perform the upload you initiate.
We use the limited information described above solely for the following purposes:

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Since Sorcerer's Note stores data locally on your device, you can delete your data at any time by removing the App or clearing its data in iOS Settings.
